Environmental Investigations Overview

The Deed Administrators and Fitzwalter Group have been working with various environmental consultants to complete extensive site characterisation investigations.

These investigations were in addition to those required by the DECC as a result of the obligations arising out of the Remediation Order

The investigations included a comprehensive soil testing procedure, surface water and ground water analysis and the identification of contamination management options.

The results of the various site assessments and investigations were used to inform the development of the overall site remediation strategy – the Remediation Project
