Expanded role for Broken Hill General Manager

General Manager of Pasminco Broken Hill Mine Mark Hine will add the responsibility of managing the company`s Elura Mine from October this year following an organisation review.

The current General Manager at Elura, John Dini, will leave Pasminco following a handover to Mark in early October. Each site will retain its own identity within Pasminco`s Mining Division.

Mark will continue to be based at Broken Hill and will visit Elura regularly.

Pasminco Executive General Manager - Mining Ian Williams said that the decision had been a part of an ongoing process to continuously review and improve Pasminco operations.

"As our operations continue to evolve, we believe this revised General Manager role will assist us to more effectively manage operations across the two sites.

"John has served Pasminco with distinction over a long period. We are particularly appreciative of his outstanding contribution during the past three years at Elura and prior to that at Broken Hill Mine," Mr Williams said.
